Rillettes with Crusty Bread
Very simple, simply French – rillettes smothered on crusty bread. A quick, simple snack.
- Take the Rillettes out of the fridge about 30 minutes prior to eating
- Slice your French bread
- Once the Rillette has softened, either spoon straight from the pot, or decant into a ramekin or small dish
- Spoon generously onto the fresh bread
- If you’re feeling decadent, add a glass of red wine
