Spinach Spanish Omelette with Rosé Wine

Cooking Instructions:

Can be eaten hot or cold.

Microwave (800w) from chilled: pierce film in several places. Place omelette on a non-metallic plate and microwave on full power  for 3 mins.  After cooking check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 min.

Fry: Before cooking remove packaging. Heat a little oil n a frying pan. Once oil is hot add the omelette. During cooking fry for 2-3 mins turning occasionally. After cooking check food is piping hot.

Do not reheat once cooled.
