Heating instructions

Can be eaten hot or cold.

Microwave (800w): pierce film, cook for 3 mins on full power and leave to stand for 1 min.  For microwaves of different wattages, adjust heating times accordingly.

Fry: remove all packaging and cook with a little olive oil in a non-stick pan over a moderate heat for 2-3 mins on either side until hot.
