Sobrasada, Goat’s Cheese & Apple Ciabatta

Smooth Goat’s Cheese and tangy apple smothered on Sobrasada makes a great snack. Don’t say we didn’t say we didn’t warn you how moreish it is!

  1. Cut the ciabatta roll in half and place on a tray
  2. Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over your ciabatta halves and put under the grill till they are warm and just starting to crisp
  3. Meanwhile cut your apple in half and decor it. Then slice it in strips
  4. cut up your goats cheese into thin circles so that it melts easily
  5. Evenly spread the unearthed®  Sobrasada de Mallorca  onto the warm ciabatta half
  6. Place on the goats cheese and place it under the grill till it melts
  7. Top with the apple slices
