Mozarrella and Prosciutto del Poggio Foccacia

Melted mozzarella, combined with our Prosciutto Del Poggio on toasted foccacia with some Tracklements Sticky Fig Relish. The perfect weekday lunch

  1. Cut your focaccia in half and place on a baking tray
  2. Drizzle with the olive oil  and grill for 2 mins or until lighly golden
  3. Remove from the heat and place on your mozzarella slices
  4. Pop back under the grill for a further 2 mins or until the cheese has melted
  5. Dollop on the Sticky Fig Relish and lay over the Prosciutto Del Poggio
  6. Enjoy with a side salad and some crisps

Tom's top tip: Remove the prosciutto from the fridge 30 mins before serving, to enable easier separation of the slices
